Do you use subcontractors?
ADR handles every phase of your project — framing, drywall, tile, finish carpentry, and even welding. For plumbing and electrical, we coordinate licensed plumbing and electric crews. On select projects we also partner with trusted specialists like Master Craftsmen Warners Wood for custom woodwork and JLM TILE.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most full kitchen remodels run 3–6 weeks depending on scope. Simple cabinet/countertop refreshes can be done faster. Timeline is discussed upfront so you always know what to expect.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ADR Construction is licensed, bonded, and insured for residential work in Illinois. Documentation available on request.
